Was warned the food was average at best.this came to pass. Ordered the special, B-B-Q Chicken and Ribs. Place was not clean, but dead tired from the drive, and took a nap.
Went and registered to receive my Chalet Keys. Note, the Grand Rewards station in the front was closed! House is packed, no standing room, closed Grand Rewards Station? What was Management thinking? Went to Kiosk and swiped my Players Card only to find out my card didn't work? (screwed out of $60 Grand Play!) Continued to back of Casino to pick up my Gift, and witnessed the 400 foot line, waiting for service at the Grand Rewards. Obvious solution when ya pack the house, hire more people to offer 'REASONABLE SERVICE.' Finally called the Casino to see if anybody was working? Long short, finally received service. No cars moving, cars waiting and leaving is degust, but I hung in there. I'm disabled, so Valet service is necessary. Started with a 35 minute wait in the Valet waiting slot. Full convention happening, along with VIP gift day. Know when your gut says to turn around and leave, but you don't? Well, this was one of these days.
